Changing our perspective on anxiety

This guided meditation was given by Swamiji during the course, ‘Dealing with Anxiety and Stress’ given by Dr Hania Kramlund at Mandala yoga Ashram in May 2019.

‘Being conscious of the fact that we are conscious changes our perspective and keeps the lid on anxiety. It gives us the capacity to ride the waves of stress.’
